We are committed to respecting your privacy and protecting your personally identifiable information. Any information we may collect through your use of this Site is subject to our Privacy Statement.

 

HEALTH DISCLAIMER

The Website may provide information related to exercise, fitness, diet and nutrition and is intended for your personal use and informational purposes only. You should consult with a physician before beginning any exercise, fitness, diet or nutrition routine, especially if you are pregnant of have pre-existing health conditions. Nothing contained in this Site should be considered as medical advice or diagnosis. Your use of the Website is solely at your own risk.

 

MINORS

The Website is not directed to persons under eighteen years of age. By using the Website or registering as a member, you are representing that you are eighteen years of age or older. If you are younger than eighteen years of age and would like to become a registered member of Website, you are required to have your parent or legal guardian contact us prior to your use of the Website.
 

INTRO PASS VALIDITY

The introductory ‘FIRSTCLASSFREE’ offer is for new clients only and can be used at any Ballet Body class/studio.

 

BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY-MEMBERS AND CLASS PASS HOLDERS:

As class sizes are limited, we strongly recommend you pre-book online or via the Ballet Body website to reserve your place. If you book a class and can’t make it, please log in to our online schedule system to change or cancel your booking. If you are absent or cancel within two hours of the class start time you will be charged for the class, as it often means another client is unable to attend. Members and Intro Free Pass holders will have their booking privileges suspended if they miss/late cancel two classes within a two week period. Pre-bookings can be made 2 weeks in advance.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS:

All purchases and direct debit transactions are non-exchangeable, non-refundable or non-transferable. Unfortunately we are not able to refund any client for unused Membership periods or Class Passes.

 

GENERAL TERMS:

Ballet Body reserves the right to cancel and change teachers, events, classes, workshops and teacher training without prior notice.

 

MEMBER BENEFITS:

The Ballet Body Membership program is flexible and is designed to fit in with your busy life. It is based on nurturing and inspiring our clients to become better versions of themselves both physically and mentally. As well as class access at any one of our studios, you’ll also receive the following benefits:

  • Classes at significantly reduced rates. The more you practice the better the value and results.

  • Invitations to invite your friends and family to class with you throughout the year.

  • Access to exclusive Ballet Body Member events and programs including discounted participation in our programs/challenges and workshops

  • Become part of our valued community with ongoing surprise & delight rewards.

  • 20% off the membership of our online streaming workouts - coming soon.

 

MEMBERSHIP WEEKS:

If you are a Ballet Body Class member, you are welcome to join two classes in any given week. We do not have a standard ‘week’, as it will depend on your individual preferences. Your ‘week’ begins on the day of your billing cycle. For example, if you pay on a Wednesday, you can attend two classes between Wednesday and Tuesday. Please note that any unused classes do not rollover to the next week.

 

MEMBERSHIP UPGRADE/DOWNGRADE: 

Ballet Body Members are welcome to swap between the Membership options. Simply contact us here to upgrade or downgrade your Membership. There is a 6 week minimum term for any revised Memberships.

 

SUSPEND YOUR MEMBERSHIPS:

We don’t want you to be paying for a Membership you’re not getting value out of, as we realise that life can get busy and fabulous holidays get planned. For this reason, you are welcome to pause your membership at any time, for a minimum of 7 days and a maximum of 3 months at a time. You may do this once every 3 months with no fees. Additional suspensions will be charged at a non-refundable rate of $5 per week. If you would like to suspend your membership, simply request your suspension here at least 7 days prior your next scheduled direct debit payment.

 

CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP:

Ballet Body doesn’t want to ‘trap’ anyone into long term financial commitment as we understand circumstances change, but we have a minimum 6 week term to allow you see and feel the benefits of regular, ongoing practice before ending your Membership. Please note that if you have suspended your membership within the first 6 weeks, you will need to fulfil the rest of the minimum term before cancelling. After this minimum term, simply contact us via email (allanah@balletbody.co.nz) with at least 7 days notice from your next scheduled direct debit payment. All requests for cancellations must be made in writing, and unfortunately we cannot honour in-studio cancellations. You will receive an email confirming your cancellation when it has been completed. Please note, if you do not receive this email within 48 hours, your cancellation request has not been received.

Memberships are paid in advance - either weekly or monthly based on which payment option you select, so no refunds can be awarded once the transaction has been made if you fail to advise within adequate timeframes.

We do understand that life can be unexpected, so please discuss your situation with us directly if need be.

 

MEMBERSHIP PAYMENT:

When you sign up for a Ballet Body Membership you can opt for your payment to be made via direct debit bank account or credit card. This transaction commences from the day you sign up.
