"I completed a month of one-on-one weekly sessions with Allanah to help correct my posture (after years and years curled over a laptop as a writer). Allanah's sessions were fantastically catered to my needs and fitness levels, with a variety of interesting exercises so it never got boring - we even worked on muscles I didn't know I had! Allanah is gentle and kind, but still pushes for great results. My posture has visibly improved, and I already sit taller without thinking about it. I would 10/10 recommend private sessions, mixed with the group sessions, if you have specific goals like me!"
