I love Ballet Body! I wanted something challenging for the body without making my repetitive strain injuries worse. Ballet Body does that. It corrects the posture and slowly builds muscle strength. It has helped with my tennis elbow injury too. I love that Allanah offers modifications on the workouts if anything hurts, so I never miss out on the workout. She is attentive and always mixes things up so the classes always feel fresh. I always enjoy a good sweat and feel great afterward, and over time I noticed I'm getting more toned and strong. Very happy to have found this class!
